Well-known in the legal community for its close relationships with "Wasted Man-Hours" and "A Total Lack of Incentive to Finish a Job Quickly and Efficiently," its cause of death remains unclear. April 23, 2009 Update - JD&A presents a new 2-hour course, "E-Discovery with Ease," created to help attorneys and lit support personnel better understand the seemingly-complicated e-discovery process. The course will cover how to make effective requests, prepare for an ESI conference, overcome common pitfalls, and break down the barriers between legalese and IT-speak. The course will also address the e-discovery questions we hear most often. Participants will learn how to get the most out of their EDD dollar. Currently CLE accredited in TX, CA, and NY. This is a 2 credit class.
